The other tenants are all professionals around Oxford. With this comes the normal amount of long work hours and social life but it is an easy social house around the television or kitchen.

The house has separate front and rear entrance halls so the living space can be used without a constant flow of traffic. The shared kitchen facilities are roomy with enough storage space for everyone and some to spare. There is an outside eating area and good secure bike storage.

On 4A and Brookes University bus routes to Oxford City Centre and on. Very easy access to ring road.
