Hi there!
I need to leave my house as I have to move back to Spain for studies. I'd be finishing up my contract and you'll start fresh with your own name on a brand new contract.

House is total 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (not en suite, sadly), 1 living room and a kitchen with a large living area as well. Garden is modest but is tidy and cozy 👍🏻💫

There is someone that tends to the bins and the garden (included in rent)

The location is one of this room's fortes as you'll be next to Headington Shops, there are multiple parks, pubs, dessert places, charity shops... You name it!
Oxford tube and airport shuttle is around the corner.

I'll be leaving my TV behind with the room. I can also leave the super king size mattress or hand you the room with the default double bed.

Rent would be £750 + council tax + bills, which comes to be around the £975 💁🏻✅
