Double room in 2bed penthouse flat

Hi there :)

After many months looking for a good flat in Oxford, I finally found it and I am now looking for a roomie to join me.
It's a penthouse flat located just beside the train station. The available double bedroom room is furnished, has built-in wardrobe and has it is own double bathroom.

Rent is 875 + bills around 375 (council tax, Internet and utilities) = total between 1250 and 1300 per person

The living area is big (photo 4) with high ceilings and extra wardrobes. In addition, there is a magnific balcony surrounding the whole flat which gives top 180 views across west-south-east Oxford. The west views are quite special over the Thames.

I am looking for a tidy and relaxed roomie. I work a lot so weekdays are all about focus and hard work, whereas weekends are for unwinding and meeting with friends. Looking for someone with a similar approach.

I love running and hitting the gym so buddying up to that would be great, too.
