To rent, Monday to Friday (not weekends), a lovely garden room in a quiet house, in a friendly street. The room has its own entrance, via the garden, and own shower and lavatory. It is a few minutes’ walk from Oxford University research units, Oxford Brookes University, the hospitals and the buses to London and the city centre, as well as Headington shops. The kitchen and its facilities are shared, so is the use of the garden. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is Wi-Fi. The present tenant is leaving regretfully after three years. The terms of the let are one month’s notice on either side. A rent of £550 a month, all bills included, is payable on the 1st of the month in advance. The deposit is £300.
