Single room in friendly Florence Park house
We've got a single L shaped box room to let in a relaxed family house in Florence Park, fully furnnished. We have got a huge 120ft garden, perfect for summer BBQ's and we grow our own fruit and veg (which you are welcome to help us eat). I live in the house with my three year old boy. I'm a director of a charity and a Masters student.
You would be welcome to use the lounge and all communal spaces and we are very friendly and laid back. We're looking for someone friendly whom doesn't mind being respectful on weekday nights. We rarely use the lounge so you would also be welcome to treat it as your own. Life centres around the kitchen and eating, art and the garden!
The rent for the right tenant is negotiable, and prices can be reduced in return for occasional babysitting.
