Newly renovated shared house in East Oxford

Kitchen

We are looking to share our lovely newly renovated home with two housemates. Our house is 4 bedroom Victorian Terrace house in East Oxford a couple of minutes walk from Iffley and Cowley Roads and less than a 10 minute walk to Magdelen Bridge.

The house
- We have a big kitchen with two ovens, so there is plenty of space for everyone to cook. The newly installed kitchen/dining room also has under floor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer and excellent espresso maker
- 4 double bedrooms (although only three of these will be occupied). Both rooms that we are renting fit a double bed.
- 2. 5 bathrooms (the 2 new housemates will share a bathroom) with shower and bath
- garden

The house have been completely refurbished with new floors, upgraded heating, carpets, kitchens and bathrooms. We are just finishing the last bits of painting/carpet installation but are somewhat flexible for move in dates.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for two relaxed, friendly and tidy housemates. We are reasonably sociable, but we the house also has a good amount of space should new housemates want space to read etc.

About us
We both love to cook, go for walks with our dog, canoe down the Thames (we have a canadian canoe!), watch films, cook big dinners and travel. We both travel occasionally for work but normally work locally in Oxford (one of us is a Doctor and the other works at a charity). We have plenty of experience renting out our house and have really enjoyed it in the past. We can provide a reference from our most recent housemate who stayed with us last year. Our dog, Mia is extremely affectionate and active and would love more people to hang with in the house.

Bills (weekly cleaner, broadband, council tax, gas and electric) are included. We also are happy to share use of our Sonos system and Virgin Media.

Parking: We are in a controlled parking zone but have one more on-street parking space available through the council.
