Double Room*Great Housemates*Perfect Location!

Hello All!

I am leaving Oxford earlier than expected and I'm looking for someone to replace me.

I live with 5 other housemates, all of which are lovely, laid back and fun!

The location of this house is amazing - just off the vibrant and lively Cowley Road and about 100 steps away from a Tesco, Sainsburys, and all the bars on Cowley road.

My room itself has been perfect - lovely size, double bed, wardrobe, lovely chest of drawers, desk and a sink! It has been a great house to live in.

Reason Im leaving is purely because I have found a job in London - its nothing to do with this house, people, or room :)

I need someone to be able to move in at the beginning of June. The rent is really good value for money - some of my friends pay more and dont have a lounge!

The house has three bathrooms, two showers (one is new!) a lounge, and kitchen.

We are a mixed bunch of Oxford students and young professionals all in our early 20's.
