Housemate needed in lovely area

Hello!

We, Anton, Peter and Kevin, are looking for a 4th housemate in our lovely house. The house is 15-minute walking distance from the center of Oxford and is fully furnished, including washer and dryer and has everything you might want - a small but pretty garden, a bathtub wish shower, a shared living room to hang out together and a fully equipped kitchen.

We are all PhD students at Oxford and are looking for someone sociable, who's got a sense of humor and likes to cook and to make the numbers even we would prefer females but are also open to future male housemates. For council tax reasons we can only accept full-time students and the contract is for one year starting in August.
