Large double-bedroom en-suite near Oxford centre

I am looking for a flatmate from September 2014.

He/she would have a large top-floor, luminous, double-bedroom with:

1) En-suite bathroom (with shower).
2) Wooden floors
3) Large built-in wardrobe.
4) Use of a single guest bedroom, for visiting family/friends.

The house consists of a well-equipped, modern kitchen with dining table, an entrance, bedroom and toilet downstairs; a guest bedroom, your prospective en-suite bedroom, and a further bathroom upstairs. The entire house has wooden flooring, with the exception of the entrance and stairs which have carpets and the kitchen/bathrooms (tiles).

The house is situated in a green area away from the main street, meaning it's very quiet, with a communal bike shed and garden for BBQ.

I have lived in this house for two years with my current flatmate, but will need to find a new tenant for upstairs from next year. I am a 2nd year D. Phil student.

This is not a typical student digs, it is clean, well-kept and in a tranquil setting.
