Sharing with one other - friendly, considerate, professional male. The room is furnished with built-in wardrobes, a double bed and bedside tables with room for a desk or more furniture.

There is a lovely balcony leading off of the lounge area. The kitchen is fully- equipped (inc dishwasher), washing machine and extra storage space.

Port Meadow is a couple of mins walk away and the neighbourhood cafes, bars, shops are all a 2 min walk from the flat.

The share of bills is approx £150 per month and there's the option of a parking space available (to be negotiated with other flatmate).
