Furnished double room with en-suite available in a spacious, modern house share in central Jericho.

From the beginning of October (2016)we are looking for a new house mate for our current house share. The house is a bright, warm and modern house share in a gated development in the centre of Jericho.

The room is at ground floor level and is fully furnished with modern furniture. It also has its own en-suite. You would be sharing the house with two other professionals. The house is fully equipped with a large open plan living/dining room, a bright and large kitchen with excellent outlook. The house also benefits from a semi-private and recently landscaped communal patio area and balcony to the rear.

The current housemates consist of one male and one female who are both 9-5 working professionals who are 31. We are looking for a friendly and sociable like-minded person who is easy-going, respectful of others in the house, clean and quiet and lives and works to a similar lifestyle pattern. We are looking for someone seeking a home rather than a place to share facilities. The house is very friendly and there are regular social events with other neighbours within the gated development, including BBQs in the warmer summer months.

The room does not come with parking, however there is an underground car park for bike storage and the potential for a rented parking space would need to be discussed with the property agency, Lucy’s.

Excluding bills the current rent for the room is £629.33 per month. As an estimate the following are also monthly out-goings:

Council tax: £70

Water: £15

Gas and electricity: £20

Broadband: £13

We also have a fortnightly cleaner for which the cost is £13 each per visit.
