Large Double Room in Spacious 3-Bed House

Hi,

We're Zach and Paddy (27) looking for a third person to join us in our large, 3-bed house overlooking South Park. It's a few minutes from Brookes, Cowley Road and maybe 20mins amble to town. Number 4 bus stops outside too.

The house has a front and back garden, off-street parking, large double living room, good sized kitchen. The room itself is a large double room, with plenty of storage space.

We're both tidy and sociable, enjoying chilling out at home, or going out for a drink. Paddy is finishing his PhD and I am a "real boy", who also coaches a semi-pro basketball team, so we can be quite busy, but we're always around and about. I've lived here 3 years now, so like to consider the place more of a home than a house.

The room is available to move in to immediately.
