A double room is available in a charming jericho house on Hayfield Road. Recently refurbished, there is a shared kitchen and living room, two toilets and a rear garden.

The house is quite quiet as we are often not all there. It is a relaxed atmosphere and sometimes we go to the pub together. We have broadband and sky sports. The bills are on top of the rent advertised and you can expect to pay £595 all included. Payment of bills has always been very transparent.

The room is available from the end of December/beginning of January and would suit a professional or post grad student. If you are interested please get in touch.
