Double room available in lovely Jericho

The living room

Hi everyone, I am moving to London for a new job and so my double room is up for grabs in a beautiful Jericho flat, with my two wonderful housemates.

The flat is spacious and modern, with a large living room leading onto an amazing balcony that gets the sun all day. The kitchen is a good size and comes with everything you might need including all white goods. The furnished room is a cosy double that fits a bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. You will also have access to 3 built in wardrobes just outside the room, which fit another chest of drawers inside and provide lots of storage space.

Location

The flat is ideally located in the heart of lovely, trendy Jericho, with pubs, cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep. It is a 10-minute walk into the city centre and, being positioned a stone’s throw from the canal, a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and Port Meadow – perfect for walking, running or picnics.

Flatmates

The flat comes complete with two fabulous female flatmates: a 27-year-old trainee solicitor and a 29-year-old HR professional. Both are super friendly, chilled and the perfect people to come home to after a long day at work. They are keen to find someone clean, tidy and sociable. They are looking for a young professional who enjoys working and living in Oxfordshire. It is important that they find someone who will treat the space as a home.

Rent

The rent is £533 per month, with bills on top. The flat is very economical and bills will come to between £60-80 depending on the time of year, but we only moved into the flat this summer so it is hard to give an exact figure.

Having written this I am even more sad to be leaving than I was before, but also excited for the person who gets to enjoy this amazing flatshare as much as I have!
