Private floor in refurbished Grade 2 cottage

My name is Victoria and I've recently bought and renovated a Grade 2 listed cottage in the conversation area of Old Marston in Oxford, having moved from London where I lived for around 10 years.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and I currently live there on my own. I want to keep one of the rooms for study/visitors etc but I would like to rent the top floor. The room I am looking to rent is on its own floor (so very private) with its own bathroom and off street parking.

Although the room is plenty big enough for a couple I am looking for a single female only.
The house and room are fully furnished with a new flat screen TV, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table and new double bed. If you would like any other pictures of the house just shout. I haven't attached any because I haven't got round to taking any photos of the new interiors but it's quite modern inside. I have an unhealthy addiction to the white company which might give you a feel to my taste for interiors!!

I don't know many people in the area so it would be nice to have some company in the house although I'm out a lot - working long hours and my boyfriend lives in Exeter so I am down there every other weekend.

In terms of renovation I have redone all of the inside and outside of the house. Outside the house has been reprinted, new windows and a new patio area out the back of the house for outside dining with BBQ area etc and a front lawned garden for sunbathing (weather permitting of course!). The inside has had new flooring throughout, new kitchen, bathrooms, cloakroom, repainted throughout and new furniture. Having spent a lot of time and money on the house recently it s therefore important to me to find someone who will look after the place and hopefully it can become a home to them as it has done to me these past few months.

I'm looking for £750 PCM to cover all rent/utilities/internet/counci l tax/TV licence etc. 1 parking space will be available and the use of your own bathroom (with bath/shower etc).
