The large double room is light and airy and comes furnished with double bed frame, double mattress, 2 mirror door wardrobe, 3 sets of drawers, bed side table, desk, chair, roller black - out blind, bedside lamp, waste paper bin, television (32 inch Sony) and laundry basket. The en suite has a double shower. There is a small garden, and a garage with storage for a bike.
There is a weekly cleaner included in the rent.

Your flatmate:
34 year old female working in health. I’m very clean and tidy, I own the property so obviously like to keep it in good condition. Love keeping fit, tennis, hiking, photography, books and theatre. I also have a small friendly well behaved dog called Rupert who stays with me sometimes.

Availability:
The room is available from 1/2/2016.
