Jericho, Bright Double Room

Hello,
I currently live in the heart of Jericho down a private road, we have the canal at the front and the river out the back. My Nephew is currently staying with me but the room can be available anytime, sooner rather that later preferably.

I am a professional working at the JR hospital so work hard and enjoy relaxing in a clean and tidy home after work, I am house proud and would like to find someone else who is to. It's not a 'party house'' but one that is social enough. I would describe myself as bubbly and easy to talk to, and I would welcome any new lodger. From a potential lodger I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean and tidy. Someone who will enjoy a natter on an evening but equally who will respect my own space.
Location is fantastic, 5 min walk to bars, restaurants and shops. A 10 min walk to train station and 15 min walk to city centre. At the end of the road is port meadow and nature park. Great location with most university buildings and parks within walking distance.

If you are looking for somewhere calm, clean and enjoyable then this is the place for you.
