Nice dsingle £350ppm in a friendly house!

Hi,

There is one really nice room available in the property. The property is ideal for someone who doesn't want to pay much but in the same time wants to enjoy a quality of living in a really well kept and renovated property.

We are currently living in the house 5 people; 2 females and 3 males. We are all professionals coming from Spain, Greece and England. We usually chill out together in the kitchen or go out for drinks or other activities.

About the property: The rent is £350 per month (paid every 14th of each month). Bills are not included but they are not more than £60‚ per person per month (including the council tax). The room is quite, furnished and is located on the first floor.
There are 2 bathrooms in the property and you will share a bathroom with 2 more persons.
Also, there is plenty of available parking in the front road.

There are NO AGENCY fees and no contract for the first 4 months. You could potentially stay as long as you want as the contract is renewed every 6 months (next contract to be singed on Feb 2016).
