Good size furnished single bedroom available in a large shared house on Fairacres Road. There is a large, recently renovated fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 shared bathrooms and a small back garden. Quiet street, but very convenient location; about 20 min walk to city centre; 2 min walk to a local co-op, post office and bus stop; close proximity to Oxford University gym. Friendly neighbours and landlords (living next door).

The rent is £515 pcm including all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax and 50Mbps unlimited broadband).

You would be sharing the house with 4 other housemates (all non-smoking professionals). We are looking for someone to stay long-term (ie. at least 6 months), since most of us have been living in the house for years and it makes the life a bit easier. We are ideally looking for someone mature and responsible - we are not fans of massive house parties; we are all really friendly though and happy to sit down together and have a chat but at the same time enjoy to have our own space so this might suit someone looking for a quiet (but friendly!) house. We also prefer to keep the house clean, so if you like to leave your dirty dishes behind for days, this might not be the best choice for you. Smokers are fine, as far as you do it outside.

One month's deposit required. Sorry, no DSS or couples.
