One single room available in a well furnished shared house in nice quite neighbourhood. The room is available from 18th Oct till 18th Nov 2014 (1 month). Ideal for people working in the Headington area or people looking for short term temporary accommodation.
Location: 5 minutes walking distance to bus stop for city centre and 10 minutes to ring road M40 route. The rent £375 (non refundable)+ £300 refundable security deposit and have to be paid in advance.
Rent includes council tax, all utility bills, TV license, and wireless broadband.
You will be staying with the house owner who is very nice and friendly.
Facilities available:
TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, freezer, wall mount storage space in the room, furnished kitchen, one shared bathroom with shower facility, wash machine and an additional separate in-house toilet room for yourself.
