Lovely friendly house in Jericho

My name is Anna, I live in a lovely house in central Jericho and am looking for a new housemate to replace my current housemate who is moving out. She is moving out at some point in December/January but dates are very flexible and she is able to move out whenever I find the right person. I am a primary school teacher and work just outside of Oxford. I am ideally looking for a female of a similar age but am open to persuasion!

The house is truly amazing with a large sitting room/dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier, large bathroom and a garden. It is located behind Oxford University Press. The letting would be for a year from 28th Feb so the contract would finish on 28th Feb 2015. So if you were to move in December time you would be paying for a year and 2 months of rent (or near enough).

I live with a lovely cat called Susan who is very friendly so you must be a cat lover!

I am very laid back and enjoy either a cosy night in watching tv, having dinner parties or going out with friends to pubs.
