Double Room Available in Lovely House Share

Hi, we are two friendly young professionals who are looking for a third housemate. Our current housemate is moving to London due to getting a new job there.

Our house is just off the Cowley Road, on East Avenue. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs, which is the one we are looking to rent. The house has a cosy and homely living room, a decent sized kitchen, a small conservatory and a lovely garden. We share one bathroom between the three of us, which has a bath and shower.

The room is a large double room. It comes furnished with a wardrobe, two sets of draws and a comfortable bed. East Avenue is a quiet road as it doesn't get a lot of through traffic (cars can't access it from the Cowley Road end). The house is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the shops etc.

The rent is £470/month and the bills come to around £100/month extra (This includes council tax, water, gas/electric and tv/internet). There is off road parking for two small cars at the back of the garden (see photo) and plenty of space on the road for permit holders.

A bit about us: Chrissy (30) - is a Young Carers Support Worker and is doing a Psychotherapy training part time. Sarah (25) - is a Research Assistant in Neuroscience at the JR. We are sociable and easy-going/friendly and although we have pretty busy schedules we have fun and there is always time for music/dancing/etc. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, who is sociable and easy-going.
