I picked up some great furniture from an antiques yard including the mahogany kitchen table which folds out for dinner parties. The large capacity washing machine I bought is brilliant; a complete wash and spin in 1 hr! I have a few pieces of art and am continuing to fill my house with lovely things whenever I see them.

The garden is great - I have the patio lit with fairy lights and it's great for hosting. The house benefits off street parking as well as free on-street parking without a permit and easy access to the ring road without loads of traffic in the morning. (The house is a non-smoking house).

You'll be sharing the house with Josh (29), a engineer working for a tech company in Oxford, and Phil (30), a political risk analyst (who's just about to move to Brussels). Josh and Phil are lovely - both laid back, respectful and always in a good mood.

Hi! I'm Matthew. This was my home but I've moved to London due to my girlfriend's work. I've always had lodgers but now I'm renting out my room too so am a live out Landlord. I work as a health economist for a pharmaceutical company. I'm pretty easy going hence the all bills etc. included. I'm 31 years old btw. Josh been my lodger for a year so he can give you his opinion about the house and me as a landlord :)
