Its available from 7th November as the current tenant is moving out then.

Located in OX4 near bus stops to town and a 10 minute walk to Templars shopping centre. It's inside the ring road but close to local amenities. It has very easy access to the A34.

Shared living room and kitchen, all bills included.

I am looking for a housemate willing to socialise, fairly tidy.

I am a young professional willing accommodate others hopefully go out for a pint. I work at the Churchill hospital which is a 15-20 minute bike ride away depending on how fast you cycle.

I like to be quite sociable and like to think I am into sports but I am more of an armchair fan. I do keep fit though with cycling and running. I have recently started doing parkrun in an effort to get faster.

All bills included - broadband, electric , gas , water, council tax, t. v license and a weekly cleaner because life is too short.
