Double bedroom available just off the Botley road, only 5 minute walk to the train station.

Viewings evenings of 04/07 and 07/07/16! Potentially some later in July - one of us is on holiday and ideally we would all like to meet the new tennant.

We're looking for a non-smoking, considerate and tidy young professional or Phd/Masters student to join us in late early August.
The current flatmates are Olivia (environmental consultant), Mattea (material sciences), and Alastair (PhD student). We're a friendly bunch, up for trips down the pub, climbing, or simply watching telly and chatting over dinner.

The house has a living room, garden, one bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet downstairs, and comes with washing machine and tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and electric hob.
On street parking is available, at a cost of around £50 for a pass from the council.

The room is large, comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and has a sink.

Rent is £380 pcm, and includes council tax and water rates. Other bills come to around £40-50 per person/month (internet, electric, gas, tv licence)
