Double room in lovely house in Jericho

Hello!
We have a big double room available in our lovely house in Jericho from the end of September (the moving in date can be flexible).
The house has four rooms in total. Anna and I are looking for an easy-going, tidy, fun student in their mid-late twenties to join us in our beautiful home.

The house is located near St Barnabas Church in Jericho, only a few minutes away from the cafes and pubs in Jericho, university departments and the city center, and a short walk to the train station.
The rent includes all bills (internet, gas, water) and you will have access to everything in the house: washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, kitchen accessories, and high-speed internet. We also have a pretty backyard with a pond!

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk.
The big room is absolutely huge (20sqm), it has 2 wardrobes for extra storage, and is located on the first floor. This room will be available on the 1st of October.

We are doing more viewing this Saturday (26th of Sept).

We're looking for long term flatmates who would like to stay for 12 months or longer. For council tax reasons, we only consider STUDENTS ONLY.
