The house is situated 20 minutes away from city centre by walking and 5 minutes away by bus (the bus stop is 50 meters away from the house). There is Tesco express 5 minutes away from the house, a few pubs and shops nearby. Hinksey Park is also 5 minutes away walking where there is an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court and playgrounds.

We have a spacious kitchen fully equipped (dish washer, washing machine, drier, oven, microwave..) with plenty of food storage for everyone. We also have a living room, a shared bathroom, two toilets and a lovely quiet garden.

The house has four bedrooms, one of them is available from 15-th January.

The room, located on the first floor and fully furnished, is a small sized double room, with a rent of £330 and a deposit of £600.

The bills are shared and from personal experience for the last year they come to around £60 per month per person (which includes council tax and bills (electricity, gas, water, internet, Sky TV).

We are four friendly and easygoing housemates, three females and a male aged 25-28. We enjoy spending time together and also respect each other’s privacy.
