Beautiful Room in Oxford

I’ve got a beautiful upper floor three bedroom flat situated in a popular side road in the heart of Summertown (OX2) for rent as I am moving out. I will be moving out on the 9th of February and the contract is until October. You will be sharing the apartment with one other roommate. Rent is around £520. 00 per month including bills. (Electricity, gas, water, internet)

We are looking for an English speaking roommate, preferably a student who is outgoing and who likes to have fun but doesn’t party every day. (If you are not a student that is not a huge problem but you will have to pay your own Council Tax.)

The house is located in Summertown on South Parade. In the street are two really nice restaurants, a pizza place and a Chinese take away. Just around the corner on Banbury road there are lots of supermarkets; Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s, M&S and Cooperative. On Banbury roads lots of shops to keep you busy. It’s a 5 min bike ride or bus journey into city centre.

The room includes a single bed, night stand, dresser, desk, desk chair and a wardrobe. We have a big living kitchen with a dining table and all the stuff you need to make a nice meal. We converted the third bedroom into a living room which now is a nice place to relax. It has one sofa, another wardrobe, a piano and a TV. We have a bed in the room which we use as a sofa but the room can be used as a guestroom for visiting friends or family. There is a nice big bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Everything is clean and well maintained.
