The house is over 3 levels and includes a huge open plan kitchen and dining room with views into the large back garden and patio, which is great social space in the summer for BBQs.
The house also has a warm and cosy living room, which is perfect for relaxing in after a long day at work. There are also two bathrooms, one for the girls and one for guys.
The room is a small cosy double and comes fully furnished with a built in wardrobe, queen size bed and mattress. All bills (utilities and internet) are included in the £455.
The nearest bus stop is only a few minutes walk from the house with frequent buses in and out of the city centre. The wide variety of shops (including Tescos and Sainsburys), restaurants, cafes and bars in Summertown are only a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
