Beautiful large double in central Jericho

I am looking for someone to take my large double room in a beautiful house share in Jericho. The house is a stunning three story Victorian townhouse which has been decorated and modernised to a high standard. It consists of:

1. a large shared kitchen with american style fridge (inc. ice machine), dishwasher and dining area
2. a large lounge with three sofas
3. a laundry room with washing machine and separate tumble drier
4. four large double bedrooms (only 1 is available), all with fire places
5. two large bathrooms with showers, baths and toilets (one between two sharers)

You will be sharing with one girl and two guys, two professionals and one phd student, who are all very friendly. Everyone is late 20's to and so it would ideally suit someone in the late 20’s+ who is also either a professional or phd student. A male or female tenant would equally suit.

The location is perfect as it is 2 mins from Port Meadow and the Vic and 10 mins from town. It is also on a side street and so still nice and quiet at night.

The room itself is large, but unfurnished.

Bills are NOT included and are currently around £105 per person per month.

Notes:
The rent is set by the agents and so is non-negotiable.
My current housemates are all long-term and so they would like someone who is looking to stay for more than 6 months.
A parking permit is available
Council tax is to be paid by all, even students
