Due to a change of jobs I am having to move away from Oxford and my home for the last 2 and a half years. I am looking for someone to replace me in this lovely 2 bed securely gated flat in Summertown.

The room is a double bedroom and comes unfurnished (but willing to sell my current furniture). It also comes with its own spacious bathroom.

The flat has a lounge and a good-sized balcony that leads out from it. There is also a nice kitchen with built in appliances.

Outside there is a designated secured parking spot, alongside plenty of off street parking and a bike store.

The room is £500 and normally an extra £150-£200 a month for bills.

The move in date is flexible, should you need to move in a day or two earlier or slightly later.
