Clean hose mate
Hello everybody!
We are two Italians Girls, one Italian guy, and we are looking for a clean and responsible hose mate.
Our house is in Summertown, in a Perfect location, because our door is just in front of the bus stop. We are also close to all the supermarkets and banks.
The house has a garden, a bathroom and a Kitchen where we love cooking and spend some good time with a glass of wine.
If you are interest in the room you should have to know that you will be in a contract, with our agency. For that reason there is an AGENCY FEE to pay (160£).
We would like to be more precise about bills to pay for the room, such as GAS, WIFI, CONCILE TAX, WATER ex.. an overall amount is a 105£ (NOT MORE THAN THAT) per month.
