A bright en-suite double room in Summertown available from 8th January.

I am sad to say that I am leaving this lovely house in the heart of Summertown after two and a half years. It has been a great place to live while I have been calling Oxford home.

You would be living with four lovely girls, all in their mid to late twenties and working in Oxford. This is a five bedroom house and 4 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. We have a large garden, which is lovely in the summer. It is also south facing so it catches the sun.

Summertown shops are a two minute walk away, Sainsbury’s and Tesco at the end of the road. Mama Mia and Portobello restaurants across the road and The Wine Café around the corner.

The room is on the second floor of the house with windows to the front and back so it is very bright. It has an en-suite bathroom containing a sink and toilet. The shower that you would use is in one other the other three bathrooms in the house and you would share this with only one other – no queuing for the shower in the mornings! In the room there is a double bed with storage underneath, 1 x triple door wardrobe, 2 x 3 drawer chest of drawers, a pine bookshelf, a desk and a desk chair.

I am looking for someone social who will get on with the other girls and you’ll get the chance to meet them if you come a view the room.

Rent is £651.60 per month. Bills come to about £70 per month. Deposit is £1,021.08 which the landlady holds in a deposit protection scheme.
