Lovely folk, lovely house & settinng

Due to one housemate getting engaged and going to live with her fiance, Rebecca John & Kaye are looking for 1 new house-mate for this newly decorated room with acoustic insulation beneath solid wood floor & new solid wood furniture. The house has 2 bathrooms, parking for 4 cars, gardens (front and back) including an organic vegetable bed and a pond. The views from the windows are green space including horses and the Cricket pitch. Sunningwell is under 3 miles from Abingdon and less than 4 to Oxford. We have fibre-optic broadband.
The village pub serves up very good food.
