Single occupancy double room in 3 bed maisonette very close to Wallingford town centre. WiFi, Freesat TV and Bills included. Private off road parking available from 6: 00pm to 8: 00am. Shared kitchen and bathroom, (being an IT professional working from home I am completely flexible on timings). Sunday evening arrival considered, occasional weekend negotiable.
The town centre, 4 good pubs that serve excellent food and real ale and the Waitrose super market (open until 9pm) are all within 250 metres as well as banks (with ATMs), cafes, restaurants, shops etc. One small very clean, quite cat already in residence.
Fully furnished, double bed with bedding and towels (changed and cleaned weekly), built in wardrobe, full length mirror, TV, Freesat and heater etc.
