Bedsit Room Available in large family home

I have one large single attic room available, for short or medium term let, from 22nd March. Rent is £150 per week for 7 nights.

The room has a fridge, kettle, microwave, hob and toaster. Also a TV and Broadband.

I am happy to rent for a short or medium term. I ask for £200 as a returnable deposit.

I usually consider a week to start on a Sunday or Monday unless we agree otherwise. We often have lodgers who are staying just for a few weeks, until more permanent accommodation is available..

The family shower room is available for our guests.

The family kitchen is not available for guests to use, but I do all your washing up, recycling and rubbish disposal.

Our house has 6 bedrooms, is located in Haywards Close; a quiet residential area of Wantage, and is occupied by Howard and Annie.

There is plenty of car parking space available outside the house, and there are bus services to Oxford, Harwell, and Didcot stopping 3 minutes walk away.

Wantage is a lovely small market town in the Vale of White Horse. It has a good range of shops and services, including plenty of places to eat and drink. Links with the past are very strong too, and Wantage is a great place to visit to enjoy this historic part of England.

Our house is within walking distance of Wantage town centre (5 minutes) and is a short drive from local businesses such as Crown Packaging, Williams F1, Grove 2000, Milton Park, Culham Laboratory, AEA Technology Harwell, Rutherford Laboratory (RAL) and Diamond Light Source.
