Double room in 3 bed semi just outside town centre

I currently have a double room available in a 3 bed semi detached house located in Wantage town centre.
Ideally I would like to rent this for a temporary basis at first with a review and extension to follow.
The room is furnished but this furniture could be removed if you wish to bring your own.
I work a shift pattern and also live in Cheltenham most of the time therefore anyone renting a room would be getting the full use of the house for most of the time as I will not be there. This is why the price is slightly higher than other houses that just have a single room to rent.

There is easy access from Wantage to the A34 and M4 with the nearest train station being didcot parkway.

I am currently the only occupant in the property and am looking at letting out the extra room for an initial term of 1-6 months with longer terms also available
