Hi there,
I have a small, unfurnished double bedroom available with built in double wardrobes. This is within a ground floor, two bedroom flat. The bathroom will be shared between two.
No smokers or pets please.
The room is available from January 20th. There is on street parking available within the estate.
I will be asking for £550 pm, all bills included.
I am 26 years old and will be a live in landlord. I work shifts, usually working during the day but can also work up until 11pm.
Easy access to A34 and Milton Park.
I live minutes walk away from Wantage town and it is easily accessible to the shops and pubs!
Would like to live with someone who's laid back, fun, between the ages 21-35, clean and tidy.
