We are a family of three (husband, wife & son) and we are looking at renting to a single professional or student. Will consider couples for additional £200 for rent and extra charges
The bathroom is a family bathroom but not in use by us as our room is en-suite. Our son sometimes uses the bathroom when he prefers a bath to shower.
