Too far to commute ?

A place to stay for the working week ,only Monday to Friday , (but not full time living here-just staying overnight after work ) you must have a full time home elsewhere, where you will return on your days off , which is your registered address for driving licence details /bank statements etc . £400 per month . Unlike some landlords, we actually like having working people staying with us , more so than we need the money. we are not the cheapest, as we want someone who wants somewhere pleasant ,rather than just the cheapest ! .room available for a nice person in our cosy, spacious, warm, relaxed, friendly, clean, secure, bright and well equipped detached family house. we are in a quiet part of a town, with easy on street parking in secluded cul-de-sac with no passing traffic other than residents ,or park on our drive , fast wi-fi, three loos, large modern and clean kitchen, two microwaves, dishwasher, loads of hot water, temperature controlled radiators in each room, two fridge freezers, cooker, oven, shower, bath, lounge with tv, large clean modern kitchen, tv points in all bedrooms (freeview)wardrobe, bed, drawers etc(everything you need to survive whilst working away from home ) . we are all asleep by approx 10pm on week nights, and up for work from approx 6am.
we are five mins walk to 2 different shopping centres, Marks and Spencer's with food hall, waitrose, co-op, Costa, Starbucks, weatherspoons, sainsburys ,cineworld multi screen cinema, pubs, restaurants, churches, bus stops to Oxford and other destinations , banks, swimming and gym.

No contract, no bills, no deposit or long term commitment required, just a pleasant personality, any age ,and you will need to be a nice, honest and decent person. . This is only somewhere to stay whilst working in this area if it's just too far to commute .we will make you feel very welcome.. no endless list of rules, just keep the house secure, and be quiet after 10pm. easy going friendly quiet house. This is our home, so there will be no cleaning tasks (other than your own dishes when you have made your meals ) and no bed changing to do ,as we do all of that for you , (all bedding provided by us ) you can use the whole of the house, so lounge, garden , dining room, kitchen and bathrooms ,all cleaned by us regularly, and we would rather have an empty room than have someone we don't like and feel they are not respectful , so we take our time whilst looking for a suitable candidate ,and would expect you to be doing the same, a chat on the phone (what’s app preferred) first, followed by a visit to the house for a cup of tea if possible etc, . Suit someone friendly, with a sense of humour , who does a sensible job of work in fairly sensible hours .
