Double room, currently with single bed, including a study desk and wall hung TV in bungalow. Use of kitchen, with bathroom and shower. Garden with seating, off road parking for one vehicle. As my daughter stays occasionally, I am seeking a female lodger. There may be some flexibility in the arrangement of the room, curtains etc, and also expectations for the period of stay. I would prefer a few weeks probation to see how we get on before a contract period of 6 months. I am open to short stay lets.
