Spacious en-suite loft room in barn conversion

Our friendly household with no children now left at home is looking for a new lodger. This loft conversion room with en-suite shower room is large and comfortable. Situated in Ducklington a beautiful village within walking distance of Witney it is quiet and also convenient. We have a small garden with chickens. There is off road car parking. We have super fast Wi-Fi and the kitchen is well appointed with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, range oven etc etc. we have a slightly crazy dog (a Kerry Blue Terrier) but no other pets. We would prefer a female. The other residents are, myself (aged 53)and my partner Adam(aged 55)who is a primary school teacher and my other lodger a lovely lady in her 50s who has lived with us for 3 years now. My daughters have now left home but my youngest aged 19 is at University (and so only home in the holidays). Adam's two boys - 19 and 21 visit occasionally. The rent of £450 is payable monthly in advance, by direct debit, it includes all bills and Council tax etc. feel free to contact me and come and have a look. I work in London so viewing would best be done at the weekend or in the evenings. There is a bus to Witney from just nearby but it is walkable in about 20 mins.
