**Location**

Located in the village of Eynsham, Oxfordshire and is only a short distance from Oxford and five miles from Witney. With a thriving community village, all essential shops and amenities are nearby.

Two regular buses connect the village to Oxford/Witney (via Stagecoach, the S1 and S2).

The S1 also goes to the train station for access to London & immediate access to A40.
