Lovely room to rent in beautiful recently built house in the stunning conservation village of Comrie. Quiet location with fields and woods on doorstep but easy walk to village. Crieff 7 miles and Perth 22 miles and a nice commute! I have 2 children who visit at weekends, usually from friday eve until sunday morning. We are all upstairs but the room to rent is downstairs with showerroom right next to it. The room currently has no bed as last lodger had their own. A bed will of course be supplied if required. The house is very bright and airy. Lovely open plan kitchen diner and breakfast bar with lounge off. There is also a boothall and utility room (where the lab sleeps - yes, he is house trained!)
I live fairly quietly but am sociable and friendly. I'd like the housemate to be friendly (obviously!) hygienic, tidy, and conscious of the environment. 1 person only.
