Double room close to centre with friendly spaniel!

Hello!

My name is Taylor, I’m a young professional from Perth living just on the outskirts of the city centre. My two bedroom maisonette home has a shared garden and is close to local parks, shops, bus & train stations.

The double room (not pictured) is currently being decorated and will be fully furnished with bed and ample clothing storage. The room will also have a private w/c with shared access the bathroom and all living areas. At the moment, I’m considering long and short lets with a preference for 6 months or less but let me know if you require longer & we can have a chat! The cost of the room covers all bills - so you don’t need to worry about a thing!
