Double room in lovely Kinnoull Hill cottage

I'm looking for a lodger to rent my spare room, either on a long term, short term or part time basis. Must be clean and tidy, happy to pitch in with taking care of the house and generally respectful of what it takes to share space in someone else's home.

The cottage is semi-detached, quirky, with modern features, lovely kitchen and bathroom, and double glazing due in March! Set just off the main road, with beautiful walks all around, open plan garden and off-road parking.

Rent and all bills come to about £425 per month, the double room is unfurnished but has built in wardrobes so ideal for someone who already has a comfy bed to bring with them. You're also welcome to bring a TV for the room as I don't have one in the living room (too much else going on!).

I work part time from home and in retail, with a fairly busy social life and a pretty sleepy cat, so am in and out at lots of different hours and don't always have a lot of time to spare. If you enjoy your own space whilst having someone else around who you see from time to time and can have a chat and a laugh with, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
