My current flat mate is moving out at the end of the month so I am ugently looking for someone to move in. I have a double bedroom with en suite available on 1st Dec until 1st of February. My flat is situated in town, near bus/train station and close to all amenities.
£400 a month inc rent and bills. Non smokers only please. Viewings essential. First payment due on day you move in then again on the same date the followig month (s).
