There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs so plenty of choice.

Rent will depend on individual or a couple requirements.

Im looking for tenants to be independant but also more than happy to socialise and meet new people. Dont want to just be the boring landlord!

The log chalet is situated a about half a mile off a main road with connections to Aberystwyth, Hereford and Shrewsbury, all about an hours drive. With smaller towns more local with all important shops and banks.
