Room available in Brecon Town Centre

My spare room has become available. The room is in a large townhouse in Brecon. Parking available in the street. Wi-fi included and use of kitchen facilities including washing machine. This is a family home with small dog and two cats. Two adults and one child in residence already but house is over three floors so there is plenty of room. Four bedrooms, three living rooms, two bathrooms. You would have use of a separate living room for watching TV etc. There is a bathroom for your sole use next to the bedroom that you can use which has a toilet, bath and a shower over it.

Bedroom - this has a double bed and bedding is provided. Bedroom also has wardrobe and a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

ALL bills included. House has gas central heating.

The room is available for one person only. References will be sought.

Price is for a midweek let only e. g. Monday to Friday but price can be negotiated if someone wants this full time.

Open to short lets but not for less than one month.
