Large Double Ensuite Room in Strathpeffer

We have a large double, dual-aspect, en-suite room available from mid-September due to the previous tenant having moved on after a year.

The room would suit a professional person/couple or perhaps someone working in the area for a lengthy period. Strathpeffer is close enough for someone who is working at the Nigg yard or Invergordon and who has a car.

The room is in a busy family home in Strathpeffer. The room is furnished with double bed, tables and chairs, cupboard and chest of drawers and various lamps and uplighters.

The ensuite bathroom is large and has a jacuzzi bath and shower.

The sitting room, dining room and kitchen are shared with the family but you have your own fridge/freezer and storage cupboard. The kitchen has a electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove, tv, hifi, xbox and wii (though use of those is by negotiation with our 10 year old son!)

There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and drying racks.

The house has a very large garden and private off-road parking. There is a BBQ in the garden which you are welcome to use. There is a very large lockable storage area if you have a lot of equipment, canoes or other items.

Wi-fi (unlimited) and all bills are included. However any additional overnight guests will incur an extra small charge, and if the room is taken by a couple the monthly rent will be £450. These extra charges are just to cover the extra utilities.

The house is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop in Strathpeffer Square with buses to Dingwall, Inverness and Ullapool.

The family has 2 children, 2 lively dogs and 2 cats so the room would suit someone who is not phased by the usual family noise and chaos.
